Session Access & Parking Policy

Whenever possible, point your therapist to a nearby spot — your driveway, a guest space, or available street parking close to your entrance. A short, easy walk keeps your full session time focused on you.

If your building or venue is valet-only, let us know in advance through the access notes at booking. Where a venue charges a valet or self-park fee to reach you, that fee follows the documented parking terms below.

For condos, hotels, and offices with a front desk or concierge, please let them know to expect your therapist, or leave clear instructions (lobby, floor, elevator, suite). A quick heads-up to the front desk avoids delays at the door.

If you live in a gated community, add your therapist to the guest list or share the gate code in your access notes. This lets them reach your door without holding up your start time.

Use the access notes field when you book to tell us anything that helps your therapist arrive smoothly — apartment or unit number, the best entrance, where to set up, or a recommended spot to park. The more detail, the more seamless your arrival.

Occasionally traffic, building security, or access issues can shift an arrival time by a few minutes. If anything changes, we keep you informed. To protect your full session, please make sure building access (front desk, gate, or entry) is ready when your therapist arrives.

When a building or venue requires paid parking for your therapist to reach you, that documented cost is shared: you cover 70% and CasaBliss covers 30%.

This applies only to real, receipted parking — your therapist uploads the receipt, our team reviews and approves it, and only then is your 70% added to your final session balance. There is no charge for free or street parking, and nothing is ever added without an approved receipt. Your therapist is fully reimbursed and never absorbs approved parking.
