Information We Collect
When you book a session, we collect:
- Full name and phone number
- Address where the session will take place
- Service preferences and health notes you provide
- Payment confirmation data (processed by Square — we do not store card numbers)
How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your booking
- To communicate with you via SMS and WhatsApp about your session
- To assign the best-matched therapist for your location and service
- To send appointment reminders (24h and 2h before)
- To improve our service quality and coverage
SMS Communications
When you book a session, we may send SMS text messages to the phone number you provide. These fall into two distinct categories with separate consent rules:
- Transactional & service SMS — booking confirmations, therapist assignment updates, appointment reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before), arrival notifications, and post-session balance notices. These are part of the service you booked and are sent under the consent you provide at checkout.
- Promotional SMS — wellness offers, seasonal updates, and similar marketing content. These require a separate, optional opt-in. You can book and use CasaBliss without ever receiving promotional SMS.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any CasaBliss SMS at any time to stop future messages. Reply HELP for support information. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We do not sell or rent your phone number. Our SMS provider and your mobile carrier may process messages for delivery, subject to their own terms. Phone numbers are retained only as long as needed for service delivery and legitimate record-keeping.
Data Sharing
We share your name, phone, address, and session details with your assigned therapist for the sole purpose of completing your appointment. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Square for payment processing. Square's privacy policy governs data collected during checkout.
Health Information
Any health information you provide (conditions, preferences, contraindications) is used exclusively to ensure safe and appropriate massage therapy. It is visible only to your assigned therapist and is treated with strict confidentiality.
Data Retention
We retain your booking history and profile information for up to 3 years to support your ongoing wellness journey and comply with business record requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by Square (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store credit card numbers or CVV codes. Access to client data is restricted to authorized CasaBliss personnel only.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
