You book online, choose your service and time, and pay a $50 deposit to confirm. Your licensed therapist arrives at your door at the scheduled time with everything needed (table, sheets, oils). You will need a clear space of approximately 12x12 ft (3.7x3.7 m) so your therapist can safely set up the massage table and move comfortably around it.

Sessions start at $150, with longer and specialized protocols priced higher — travel and setup are always included. A $50 deposit is collected at booking — the balance is paid via secure online payment (Stripe / card) at or after the session.

The deposit secures your therapist's time and applies toward your session total. Fully refundable more than 24 hours ahead; between 12 and 24 hours it becomes a Session Credit valid 90 days; under 12 hours or no-show it's non-refundable.

You can book and have a therapist at your door the same day, subject to availability. For best selection of times, book 24-48 hours in advance.

Free cancellation (full refund) with more than 24 hours notice. Between 12-24h: your deposit converts to a credit for a future session. Less than 12 hours or no-show: deposit is non-refundable.

The $50 booking deposit is paid securely online via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The remaining balance may be paid using an approved method available for your appointment — card, cash at the time of service, or another approved payment method such as Zelle. Any cash payment is recorded and reconciled through CasaBliss.

Please prepare a clear space of approximately 12x12 feet (3.7x3.7 meters) in a bedroom, living room, or another quiet area — enough room for the massage table and for your therapist to move comfortably around it. Your therapist brings the massage table, sheets, and all equipment. Comfortable clothing to change into post-session is recommended.

Yes. All CasaBliss therapists are licensed massage therapists in the state of Florida with background checks and minimum 2 years of professional experience.

We assign the best-matched therapist based on your zone, service, and availability. If you have had a great experience with a specific therapist, note it in the booking and we will do our best.

Prenatal massage can be appropriate after the first trimester with a therapist experienced in prenatal massage. Please consult your physician first and note your pregnancy in the booking comments.
