Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective: January 1, 2025
$50 Deposit
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This deposit compensates your licensed therapist for reserving the time slot and guarantees your commitment to the session.
The deposit is applied toward the cost of your session. The remaining balance is paid directly to your therapist at the time of service, via cash, Zelle, or card.
Cancellation Windows
More than 24 hours before
Full refund of the $50 deposit
12–24 hours before
Deposit converts to a session credit (valid 90 days)
Less than 12 hours before / No-show
Deposit is non-refundable
How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, contact us via WhatsApp at the number provided in your booking confirmation. Cancellations must be requested by the client via WhatsApp message — timestamps on messages serve as official record.
Late Arrivals
If the client is not available at the scheduled address within 15 minutes of the therapist's arrival, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the deposit will not be refunded.
Therapist Cancellation
In the rare event that CasaBliss must cancel a confirmed booking due to therapist unavailability or other operational issues, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit and priority rebooking.
Refund Processing
Refund-eligible deposits are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Session credits are applied automatically to your next booking.
