Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: January 1, 2025

$50 Deposit

A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This deposit compensates your licensed therapist for reserving the time slot and guarantees your commitment to the session.

The deposit is applied toward the cost of your session. The remaining balance is paid via secure online payment (Stripe / card) at or after the session.

Cancellation Windows

More than 24 hours before

Full refund of the $50 deposit

12–24 hours before

Deposit converts to a session credit (valid 90 days)

Less than 12 hours before / No-show

Deposit is non-refundable

Rescheduling (different from cancelling)

Rescheduling is not the same as cancelling. Cancellation releases your session; rescheduling keeps your care active. You can reschedule to a different time free up to 2 hours before your session — as long as your therapist has not started traveling and the new time is available.

Rescheduling does not touch your deposit, does not create a Session Credit, and does not affect your Wellness Minutes — your session simply moves to the new time. If your new request changes the service or duration, availability and any minutes or balance are recalculated for the new session. If it is less than 2 hours before your session, or your therapist is already on the way or has arrived, the cancellation policy above applies instead.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To reschedule to a different time at no cost, or to cancel your session entirely, contact us via WhatsApp at the number provided in your booking confirmation. Requests must be made by the client via WhatsApp message — timestamps on messages serve as official record.

Late Arrivals

If the client is not available at the scheduled address within 15 minutes of the therapist's arrival, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the deposit will not be refunded.

Therapist Cancellation

In the rare event that CasaBliss must cancel a confirmed booking due to therapist unavailability or other operational issues, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit and priority rebooking.

Refund Processing

Refund-eligible deposits are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. Session credits are applied automatically to your next booking.
