Refund Policy

Effective: January 1, 2025

How deposits work

A $50 deposit is collected when you confirm a session. This deposit is applied toward your total session cost — it is not an additional fee. The remaining balance is charged automatically after your session is complete.

Your deposit secures your appointment and your therapist's time. It is refundable under the conditions described below.

Cancellation windows

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. All times are measured from your scheduled session start time.

More than 24 hours before

Full deposit refund to original payment method

12 – 24 hours before

Deposit converted to a 90-day service credit

Less than 12 hours before

Deposit non-refundable — no credit issued

No-shows

If you do not show up for your session without prior cancellation, your deposit is forfeited and no credit is issued. We hold your therapist's schedule for your appointment — a no-show affects their livelihood directly.

If something unexpected happened, contact us. We review no-show cases individually and may issue credit at our discretion.

If we cancel or reschedule

In the rare event that CasaBliss or your assigned therapist needs to cancel or significantly reschedule your session, you will receive:

  • A full refund of your deposit to the original payment method, and
  • Priority rebooking at no additional charge.

We will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find an alternative time that fits your schedule.

Service credits

Credits issued under this policy are valid for 90 days from the date of cancellation and apply to any service in our catalog. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Your credit balance is always visible in your client dashboard under Wallet.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at booking. Processing time is typically 5 – 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is initiated. If you do not see it within 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with Square, our payment processor.
