1. Services

CasaBliss Massage ("CasaBliss", "we", "us") provides mobile therapeutic massage services in the Miami metropolitan area. By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a $50 deposit to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total session fee. Your time slot is reserved only upon receipt of the deposit. Unconfirmed reservations expire automatically after 5 minutes.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before: Your deposit is fully refundable.
  • Between 12 and 24 hours before: Your deposit becomes a Session Credit valid for 90 days, applied automatically to a future booking.
  • Less than 12 hours before / No-show: Your deposit is non-refundable.

You may reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before your session; a reschedule does not affect your deposit or any credits.

CasaBliss reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to therapist unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Health & Safety

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, contraindications, or medications that may affect the safety of your massage session. CasaBliss reserves the right to refuse or modify service if a condition poses a safety risk to you or the therapist.

5. Session Environment

You agree to provide a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the therapist to work. Sessions may be terminated immediately — without refund — if the environment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or if the client behaves in a disrespectful or harassing manner.

6. Scope of Services

CasaBliss provides therapeutic massage only. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No sexual services of any kind are offered or implied. Any solicitation will result in immediate session termination, forfeit of all fees, and potential legal action.

7. Therapist Assignment

Therapist assignments are made by CasaBliss based on availability, location, and service match. You may not request a specific therapist unless a dedicated request program is offered. CasaBliss reserves the right to reassign therapists at any time before the session begins.

8. Privacy

Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. SMS Communications

By providing a phone number when you book, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS from CasaBliss — including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, therapist arrival updates, and balance notifications. These messages are part of the service you have requested.

Promotional SMS (offers, campaigns, wellness updates) are sent only if you opt in separately. You may use the booking service without receiving any promotional SMS.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of CasaBliss SMS. Reply HELP for support information. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and may be delayed or fail outside our control. CasaBliss is not responsible for carrier delays, but will use reasonable alternative channels (email, in-app status, WhatsApp) to deliver critical booking information when SMS delivery fails.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CasaBliss's liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page reflect the current version. Continued use of our services after a new version is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
