Pregnancy Wellness Support

Bliss Prenatal Care

Bliss Prenatal Care is a specialized therapeutic protocol designed exclusively for expectant mothers in their second and third trimester. Delivered with pregnancy-adapted therapeutic pressure, it helps ease the physical demands created by postural changes, pelvic adaptation, lumbar fatigue, and the progressive weight shifts that naturally occur throughout pregnancy. Because caring for the mother is an essential part of caring for the growing baby, each session is designed to support comfort, balance, mobility, and physical wellbeing during this important stage of life. Every technique is specifically tailored for prenatal clients and adapted to each stage of pregnancy. Your therapist arrives fully prepared to create a comfortable, supportive experience in the privacy of your home.

Gentle, supportive care for you through the changes of pregnancy.

What makes this ritual different

Bliss Prenatal Care is built specifically around a pregnant body in its second or third trimester, not a standard massage adjusted on the spot. You rest on your side, cushioned by bolsters and pillows, while your therapist works gently on the low back, hips, legs, shoulders, and neck — the places that tend to carry the most strain as your body changes. Pressure stays light to moderate and pregnancy-appropriate, and the abdomen is never massaged. It's a calm, supportive, home-based session designed for comfort during this stage rather than deep or intense muscle work.

The CasaBliss experience

Before

Your therapist arrives and sets up the table with supportive bolsters and pillows in a quiet spot at home. Before starting, you'll talk through your trimester, how you're feeling, any areas to focus on or avoid, and your pressure preference — then settle into a comfortable, well-supported side-lying position.

During

You stay comfortably on your side, cushioned and supported, while gentle, pregnancy-adapted work moves through the low back, hips, legs, shoulders, and neck. Your therapist helps you reposition as needed and checks in on pressure and comfort throughout — you can pause, adjust, or ask for quiet at any time.

After

You come back up to sitting slowly, with a moment to rest and rehydrate before your therapist quietly packs everything away. Many expectant mothers feel calmer and more at ease afterward, and you're welcome to share what worked so future sessions fit you even better.

Your comfort remains in your control

You're supported in a comfortable side-lying position with bolsters and pillows, and professional draping is maintained throughout — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Your therapist checks in about pressure, positioning, and which areas to focus on or avoid, and everything stays adjustable at any point. The abdomen is not massaged, and you're always free to decline an area, change position, or simply ask for quiet.

Frequently asked questions

Which stage of pregnancy is this designed for?

It's designed for the second and third trimester. In the first trimester we ask that you get clearance from your OB/GYN before booking, and higher-risk pregnancies or complications such as placenta previa or pre-eclampsia need physician clearance first.

How will I be positioned during the session?

You rest on your side, cushioned with bolsters and pillows for support — not face-down on your belly, and without lying flat on your back for extended periods. Your therapist helps you settle in and reposition comfortably whenever you need to.

Do you massage my belly, and are there areas you avoid?

The abdomen is not massaged. The work focuses on the low back, hips, legs, shoulders, and neck, and the session stays gentle rather than deep or aggressive, consistent with pregnancy-adapted practice. You're always free to decline any area or ask to skip something.

How firm is the pressure?

Light to moderate and adapted for pregnancy. It's gentle, supportive work rather than deep or intense pressure, and you can ask your therapist to soften or adjust it at any point.

What should I wear, and how does draping work?

You undress to your level of comfort, and professional draping is maintained the entire time — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Wear whatever helps you feel at ease; your therapist will work with you.

Can I ask for quiet, or for music and aromatherapy?

Of course. Some clients like to chat, others prefer silence — just let your therapist know. Optional music and aromatherapy are available if you'd like them, and you can skip scents entirely if you're sensitive to them during pregnancy.

My legs and feet feel tired — can this help?

Many expectant mothers find gentle work on the legs and feet comforting during pregnancy. Your therapist keeps it soft and supportive. If you have any medical concerns, such as noticeable swelling, please check with your OB/GYN first.

What does the therapist bring?

Everything needed for the session: a professional massage table, fresh linens, supportive bolsters and pillows, massage oil or lotion (unscented on request), and optional music and aromatherapy. You just provide a calm, private spot at home.

How much space do we need?

A clear space of approximately 12×12 feet — enough for the massage table plus room to walk around it. A bedroom, living room, or any quiet, private space works well.

Do you travel to me?

Yes. Your therapist comes to your home anywhere within the CasaBliss Miami service area, with full setup and breakdown included.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes — you can request a particular therapist, or a female therapist, when you book, and we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

How do I book?

Choose your 60- or 90-minute session, pick a time, and we'll confirm your therapist. If it's your first prenatal session or you have any pregnancy concerns, mention them when booking so your therapist can prepare.
