Foot & Lower Leg Recovery
Sole Relief Therapy
Sole Relief Therapy is a dedicated session for the feet, calves, and lower leg — the most consistently overloaded and consistently undertreated area of the body. Deep therapeutic pressure targets the plantar fascia, Achilles, and calf muscles with the precision they require. Ideal for those who stand for extended periods, wear dress shoes or heels regularly, or experience persistent lower leg fatigue. The result is immediate: lighter, more mobile feet and a notable reduction in lower body tension.
A full appointment for the part of the body that carries everything else.

What makes this ritual different
Sole Relief is the one CasaBliss session built entirely around the feet and lower legs — the full 50 minutes never travel above the knee. Where a full-body session gives your feet a brief closing pass, this gives them the whole appointment, with firm, methodical pressure through the plantar fascia, arches, heels, Achilles, and calves. It is focused recovery for people whose day lives in their feet, not a general relaxation massage that touches everything lightly.
The CasaBliss experience
Before
Your therapist arrives, sets up the professional table and fresh linens, and takes a moment to ask where you feel it most — arches, heels, calves, or the whole lower leg — along with your pressure preference and anything to avoid. You settle face-up while only your feet and lower legs are uncovered.
During
The session moves methodically through one foot and lower leg, then the other: pressure-point and reflex work across the sole and arch, focused attention on the plantar fascia and heel, and firm, sustained strokes up the Achilles and calf. The pace is slow and deliberate rather than flowing, and professional draping keeps the rest of you covered throughout. Pressure is calibrated foot by foot, and you are welcome to ask for lighter or deeper at any point.
After
Your feet and lower legs tend to feel noticeably lighter and more mobile. Your therapist breaks down the table and packs up while you ease back into your day — a glass of water and a few unhurried minutes on your feet are a good way to finish.
Your comfort remains in your control
Professional draping is maintained the entire session — only the foot and lower leg being worked stays uncovered, and you remain comfortably clothed otherwise. Before beginning, your therapist confirms your pressure preference and which areas to focus on or avoid, and that pressure stays adjustable at any moment: say the word and they go lighter or deeper. You can decline any area, ask to keep a foot covered, or request quiet with no explanation needed. Feet can be sensitive or ticklish, and that is completely normal — your therapist adapts contact and pressure so the work stays comfortable and effective.

When another service may fit better
Honest guidance — this ritual is not the right choice for every goal.
Bliss Signature Experience
If you want a full-body session rather than work focused only on the feet and lower legs, the signature covers the whole body head to toe.
Deep Tissue Therapy
If your main tension lives in the back, shoulders, hips, or neck, a full deep tissue session targets those areas directly instead of the lower legs.
Athlete Recovery Protocol
If you are a runner or athlete wanting broader lower-body and recovery-focused work — not just feet and calves — athlete recovery is the better fit.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a full-body massage?
No — Sole Relief is intentionally targeted. The full 50 minutes stay on your feet, calves, and lower legs. If you would rather have your whole body worked, Bliss Signature is the better choice.
How much pressure is used?
Firm, therapeutic pressure on the areas that take the most load — the plantar fascia, heels, Achilles, and calves — because those muscles usually respond well to deeper work. That said, pressure is always adjustable. Tell your therapist to ease off or go deeper at any point and they will.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can relax in. You will be positioned face-up with your lower legs and feet accessible, so shorts or pants that roll up easily work well. Professional draping keeps you covered the whole time.
Do I need to undress?
Only your feet and lower legs need to be accessible. You stay comfortably clothed otherwise, and draping covers everything not being worked.
Can I stay quiet, or is it okay to talk?
Either is welcome. Some clients like to chat, others prefer to close their eyes in silence — just let your therapist know your preference and it will be respected.
What if my feet are ticklish or sensitive?
That is very common and completely fine. Firm, deliberate pressure is far less ticklish than light contact, and your therapist adjusts touch and pace so the work stays comfortable. You can always ask them to adapt or skip a spot.
I have plantar fasciitis symptoms — is this a good fit?
Many clients book Sole Relief for exactly that reason and find focused work on the feet and calves comforting. It is a comfort-and-recovery session, not a medical treatment, and your therapist adjusts to what feels right. If you have a diagnosed condition, please mention it, and note that open wounds or active foot infections, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and severe neuropathy are not suitable for this service — check with your physician first.
Is it suitable for older adults?
Yes. Pressure is fully adaptable, so a gentler approach is easy to accommodate. As with anyone, we ask about circulation concerns and any diagnosed conditions beforehand, since certain issues such as DVT or severe neuropathy mean this service is not appropriate.
What does the therapist bring?
Everything needed for the session: a professional massage table, fresh linens, massage oil or lotion, and optional aromatherapy and music. You only need to provide the space.
How much space do I need, and do you travel to me?
A clear, comfortable space of approximately 12×12 feet — enough for the table with room to move around it — is all it takes, and your therapist handles full setup and breakdown. Yes, we travel to your home, hotel, or office anywhere within the CasaBliss Miami service area.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes, you can request a preferred therapist when you book, subject to their availability for your chosen time and location.
How do I book?
Book online, choose Sole Relief Therapy, and select your time and location. You will have time at the start of the session to share your preferences and consent before any work begins.
